Born and raised on the California coast, Oliver derives his greatest inspiration from the beauty and power of the beach. He was called to the South Bay after completing his education at the Art Institute of Seattle. Since graduating with honors, Oliver mastered skills in Graphic Design, Brand Development, Corporate Identity Systems and Promotional Marketing. Collaborating with action sports brands Quiksilver/ROXY, DC Shoes, Hurley and VANS, apparel brands Junk Food, Salt Life, Soffe as well as global entertainment company’s FOX SPORTS, IMG/WME and CAA – he has generated an acute and powerful design skill that is a valuable trade for his clients.

Carolyn Shlensky

Carolyn is a copywriter and social media pro living in Hermosa Beach. You can usually find her staring at one of her various screens choosing just the right words to make her copy pop. She graduated from Purdue University with degrees in Professional Writing and English Literature and then ventured away from the Midwest to Houston and eventually to the South Bay in search of warmer weather. With over five years of experience under her belt, she has worked in a wide variety of industries including fashion, athletic apparel, healthcare and education. When she isn’t writing, Carolyn is probably either playing beach tennis, reading (books with actual pages) or playing with her Miniature Schnauzer, Schnapps.

Omar Vega

Since childhood, Omar has gravitated toward multimedia arts. In his early teens, he began working professionally in graphic design and photography for a family owned bike shop and clothing line, which kick-started his passion for design. Born and raised in Tecate, Mexico, he eventually moved and graduated from Otis College of Art and Design in the Digital Media program. Throughout college, he explored many medias ranging from graphic design, video, 3D modeling, projection mapping and animation. Although he has a wide set of skills, graphic design has remained his passion and media of choice. Besides designing, Omar loves spending time at beaches and parks to skate with his happy pit bull, Bruno.

Adrienne Waters

Adrienne is a graphic designer that draws inspiration from her deep love of the ocean. Always connecting the essence of the ocean to her designs through various different visual mediums, she moved to Oahu to continue exploring the ways she could connect the two. When she finished her Graphic Information Technology degree at ASU, she moved to the sunny coast of California. She continues to push the boundaries of graphic design by exploring new ways to communicate visually through thoughtful and intentional design. When she’s not designing something new, you can find her cross-stepping on her surfboard, capturing moments on her camera, or doing yoga as the sun goes down.

John Isbell

John specializes in web design, video and 3D animation. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a post-graduate diploma in Communications – Film & Television and Level3 Creative Computing from the Silicon Studio London. His recent projects include work on reality TV shows such as Big Brother, production for Channel Seven Australia and as a lecturer in 2D and 3D motion graphics at the Digital Design Studio at the Glasgow School of Art in Scotland.
